If you've ever had ink on your fingers, glitter on your face, glue on the side of your hand, and paper scraps in your lap, you're in the right place! This is going to be my haven from the other clutter of our world...the place God gives me to chillax, and play. My stamping, card making hideaway! This is where ideas, photos, and info sharing is the norm. And yes, ink on the pinkies is a given for me!!
Wife to Greg(for 40 yrs in 2012), mother to Heather and Amber (love my girls), daughter to Marion (deceased in 2012 at 88 y/o, lived a life glorifying the Lord), sister to Paul and Samatha, aunt to Paula, Shelley (and fam) and Jeremy (and fam), owner of Whisper (the cat) and most of all...a child of God, saved by grace through Christ Jesus. Life is a gift! Eternal life, a BLESSING!!!
It's that time again and even though I was REALLY sick yesterday, I managed to get these cards ready for ST. I enjoyed the Inlay Die Cut technique and I hope that I'm able to teach it easily enough. I had plenty of hits and misses. lol Hope if you live in the area you will sign up and join in on the fun. I will say, every time I have a ST I miss my mom. She was always good for a laugh or too, most at her, good natured, expense. Ok...here are the cards we'll be making.
Thanks to whoever posted the card on Pinterest that led to my snowman creation!
Another Pinterest swipe. Such creative people out there!!
Ok, once in awhile I get a couple of my own ideas. lol Clean and Simple are some of my faves!
Inlay Die Cut, thanks to SCS weekly inkling tutorial for this idea.

Yes, I had a great time at Sara Woodard's and a weekend of stamping, for some. Apparently I was brain dead and all I could some up with was this ONE card. Company was very nice and the food was amazing so the weekend certainly wasn't a waste!! Thanks again, Sara!!
Yes, I did it again...visited my dear friend, Sara Woodard, for some much needed SARAPY and joined a new stamp company! Should be fun, and a new venture...again. lol Looking forward to sharing cards that I've made with FSJ stamps. First...I need some product! HA! Coming soon, no doubt!! Woo hoo! You can check out theCATALOG here or on the FSJ page tab above or click here to go directly to the page.
This company has stamps and matching die cuts, inks and papers. Lots for all!! Here are some samples from other coaches.
I made a couple of thank you cards and a baby card today. The thank you cards go to Gerri and Dale and their lovely DIL, Vickie and son, Dean. They invited us out last night for dinner and a play. Both were oh so nice! Great friends and entertainment! Love those folks bunches!! The baby card goes to my nephew, Jeremy and his wife, Melissa, on the birth of my new GREAT niece, Lucy Rose! Still haven't seen a pic yet but I have no doubt that she's beautiful!! Here are the cards, one thank you card was already in the envelope before I remembered to take pics. lol
Another month is flying by far too quickly. These are the cards we will be making for Stamp Time. Sign up early. Times on the 23rd at 10am - noon or 6pm - 8pm. I've also entered a couple of the cards into some challenges.
